Dunlin Housing allocates the majority of its homes through local authority nomination agreements and referral partnerships with approved support agencies. We do not operate an open waiting list at this stage of our development.

Dunlin Housing provides homes to people in housing need, primarily in London. Eligibility is assessed against our allocation policy and the terms of relevant nomination agreements.
